Here are some quick tips for glowing and healthier skin:

Tip 1
As soon as you get up in the morning, do splash and wash your face with ice cold water. This will tighten your skin. Do moisturise after this and regularly after every wash through the day.
Tip 2

Try and apply this home made mask daily around your bath time. This mask has helped many get back that natural glow on their skin – Mix together powdered pink lentils (masoor dal), gram flour (besan), turmeric powder (haldi) and yoghurt (dahi). Apply on your face, leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with cold water. You can do this once everyday.
Tip 3
Keep your aura white. While we have spoken enough about outside remedies, it is equally important to take care of yourself from within. Never allow any negativity / incident to affect your aura. And the method that works well is to route your mind to more productive tasks that engross you, like meditation, gardening, cooking etc. Remember the value chain and how each step leads to another: Thoughts > Feelings > Attitude > Actions > Attitude > Habit > Personality > Destiny. It all begins with your thoughts.

Tip 4
Do not miss your eight glasses of water everyday to flush out the toxins. You must also include one fruit in your daily diet.
Tip 5
Every night before going to bed, apply three drops of coconut oil, massage on your face and leave it overnight for that wonderful glow.
